Venice McCormick, Director of Operations, holds an MBA in Marketing and brings over 10 years of experience in sales, human resources, and talent acquisition. She has a proven track record of leading teams, driving startups to generate revenue, and consistently meeting high sales quotas. Venice was recruited by a business owner to establish a travel nurse division within an existing medical staffing agency. Within just 14 months, Venice secured clients, recruited staff, and created a profitable division from the ground up. Venice single-handedly managed this achievement moving on to assist another staffing agency in Denver, Colorado.

In her most recent role, Venice served as a business and HR consultant for several companies in Colorado. As a Client Success Manager, she oversaw more than 500 employees and played a key role in converting clients into exclusive partnerships, ensuring her agency became their sole provider. Venice also developed innovative solutions to help businesses retain staff, decrease turnover and recruit top talent. It was during this time, that she met Kimberley Hayes, and they decided to embark on a new business venture together.

Kimberley Hayes, Director of HR Management. Brings over 15 years of experience in HR management and talent acquisition, having worked with both private and public companies. As an HR Director, she collaborated with senior leadership to fill critical roles and implemented effective recruitment processes and staff development. Kimberley also led retention strategies and served as a Payroll Manager and Consultant. 

Kimberley is skilled in creating presentations and has advanced public speaking abilities. Her collaboration with Venice in human resources over several years has resulted in a strong professional relationship built on complementary skills. Venice excels in sales, while Kimberley brings strength in accounting. Both are highly experienced in people management, detail-oriented, ambitious, goal-focused, and adept at multitasking. Together, they are driven to establish a premier headhunting and consulting firm, KV Talent. With their deep understanding of the healthcare industry and extensive experience, Venice and Kimberley are committed to filling the gaps in the market and ensuring the success of their business.
